Stoddard Valley climb 1 Toyo
This clip shows all four of the Toyo tires on climb 1 at Stoddard Valley on both
the ascent and the descent. Watch for the amount of wheel spin and tire
compliance over rocks. On the descent, watch for wheel lockup. The amount of
dust is a way to determine the amount of traction. More dust means less
traction. The Toyo Open Country A/Ts had more problems with this climb.
Malcolm comments that on the climb the Toyos had fairly poor traction and
steering control with a very bouncy ride. On the descent they had fairly poor
traction with excessive lockup and a very bouncy ride.
