TEST DRIVER COMMENTS:
Hankook:  Excellent in all categories; excellent and predictable response to
        driver inputs and weight transfer; quick and precise
BFG: Progressively increasing oversteer on rapid transitions resulting in
terminal oversteer (spin), poor response to steering and throttle inputs;
potential control loss in accident avoidance situations at limits of
adhesion on dry asphalt
Toyo: Very competent tire; no surprises or bad habits; good grip and
 responsiveness; very predictable and stable
Ultra high performance tires are very responsive, predictable and have high levels
of grip. The Hankook RF10 felt like an ultra high performance tire, but with less
grip. This tire was excellent in all respects on the slalom test with very quick
response to driver steering inputs, complete predictability at the traction limit and a
level of grip slightly higher than the another tires. When you look at the clips with
the three tires, see how close the tires get to the pylons, especially at the end of
the run, this is an excellent indication of the precision of the tire’s steering input
response. Considering traction, feel and ease of driving, this would be the tire of
choice if and accident avoidance maneuver was forthcoming.
